Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking flexible Cover Supervisors to work in Bristol secondary schools. Deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classes, and engage students with energetic, reliable support in daily or short-term placements.

Earn £120-£140 per day, with 1 to 5 days a week available and ongoing opportunities to progress into longer-term school roles through our CPD and progression scheme.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Overseas teaching experience welcomed
• Ability to lead groups of secondary students
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Proactive and adaptable approach to education

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour and keep students engaged
• Support progression to longer-term school roles
