Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally aged 11-16.
• Confident in managing groups and communicating with secondary school pupils.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow lesson plans and instructions from teaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise secondary school pupils during teacher absence.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson activities and instructions.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Ensure pupils remain focused and engaged with their learning.
• Support students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of curriculum subjects.
• Follow school behaviour, safeguarding and classroom procedures.
