The Supply Register Ltd. in partnership with Tudor Grange Multi-Academy Trust is recruiting reliable Cover Supervisors to join Tudor Grange Academy, Solihull. This is an ongoing, flexible supply role with immediate start and competitive daily pay.

As a Cover Supervisor you will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage behaviour in line with school policies and support student learning where needed. Graduates, teaching assistants or those exploring education are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people (ideally within a school environment).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach.
• Genuine interest in supporting student progress and wellbeing.

Responsabilités

• Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain classroom engagement.
• Manage behaviour in line with the school's policies.
• Support students with their learning and development as needed.
