Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Bath on a day-to-day and longer-term basis. You will supervise classes during teacher absences, deliver pre-planned lessons, and help maintain a calm, productive learning environment.

This role offers £130-£150 per day, flexible hours, and access to CPD courses through Tradewind. If you have experience in UK secondary schools and can manage behaviour effectively, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work in secondary schools?
• Are you confident supervising classes in the absence of the usual teacher?

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across a range of secondary subjects.
• Deliver pre-set work and follow lesson instructions.
• Maintain positive behaviour and effective classroom management.
• Support pupils with their learning where appropriate.
• Ensure a safe, calm and productive classroom environment.
