Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking capable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools near Cromer and across North Norfolk. You will supervise classes, deliver pre-planned lessons, and help maintain a positive learning environment across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Opportunities include day-to-day flexible work or longer placements for continuity within a school team. DBS checks and safeguarding protocols apply, with training and local support available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing groups of young people in secondary settings.
• Excellent classroom presence and ability to lead a group independently.
• Strong communication skills with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes of Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students during short-term absence of regular teachers.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and keep students focused and safe.
