Term Time Teachers is seeking Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Dover on a flexible daily supply basis. The role is suitable for graduates, teaching assistants, and education professionals seeking part-time work with no lesson planning.

You will supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4, deliver pre-set work, manage behaviour, and help maintain a positive learning environment. Availability and reliability are valued, with dedicated consultant support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and confidence when interacting with students
• Good behaviour management skills to maintain a positive learning environment
• Experience supervising or supporting students in a classroom setting preferred
