• Have a proven record of effective, creative and outstanding teaching
• Can support, challenge and nurture our amazing children, meeting their individual needs and developing positive learning behaviours
• Demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Will be active members of school teams and contribute to the Trust’s Christian and nurturing ethos
• Promote collaboration, partnership and meaningful links with all members of the school community
• Are flexible in their approach, open to new ideas, and are committed team players with a passion for teaching

• This role is ideal for experienced teachers seeking flexibility, teachers returning to the profession, or those looking to gain experience across a range of schools within a supportive Trust.
• This role is a zero-hour role that means you will work across all schools in our trust as required.
• This post involves working with children, young people or vulnerable adults and is therefore exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
