The role is based in well‑equipped workshops, supporting staff and students across levels and helping learners develop essential construction skills for successful careers.

The successful candidate will manage workshops, support students in the workshop and during self‑directed study, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Practical, organised, safety‑focused technician
• Support staff and students in Construction & Building Services
• Comfortable working in well‑equipped workshops

Responsibilities

• Manage workshops in liaison with lecturer and Curriculum Manager
• Support students in workshops and during self‑directed study
• Maintain a clean, welcoming learning environment for learners
• Ensure students follow the College Code of Conduct
