Job summary

Quality Healthcare Professionals (QHPStaffing) is seeking compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to join our bank team across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. You will deliver safe, person-centred care, support daily living, and assist with PEG feeding, tracheostomy and mobility needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with complex healthcare needs.
• Flexible availability for bank shifts.
• Relevant complex-care training and competency will be reviewed during recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Support clients with personal care and daily living.
• Provide complex care following training and competency assessment.
• Support PEG feeding and medication where required.
• Provide tracheostomy and respiratory support where required.
• Support individuals with epilepsy and seizure management.
• Support individuals with spinal injuries and mobility needs.
• Moving and handling.
• Monitor clients and report changes in their condition.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
• Follow individual care plans, risk assessments and QHPStaffing procedures.
• Work effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
