Job summary

Atlas FM is recruiting for a zero-hours cleaning role at client sites in Aylesbury. You will be flexible to accept or decline shifts as needed and receive comprehensive on-site training from Atlas.

The role requires enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a basic level of English for safety and communication. You will work on-site with a team, using provided cleaning materials and equipment, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Flexible to cover ad hoc shifts on a zero-hours contract.
• On-site work at client premises in Aylesbury.
• Basic spoken English for safety and communication.
• UK right to work required and Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleaning standards across client sites.
• Work with the Atlas team to deliver the cleaning specification.
• Handle cleaning materials and equipment safely after training.
• Replenish consumables as needed and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Support flexible shift cover and attend briefings.
