Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a flexible HGV Class 2 driver for ad-hoc, temporary summer work in Quedgeley. Start times range 04:00–10:00, with weekend rates higher. Requires a Class 2 licence, CPC, tachograph card, and a customer-focused approach.

Role includes occasional drops, light offload assistance, and accurate paperwork. Strong prospects for future permanent work and ongoing assignments with a trusted transport consultant.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category C (Class 2) Licence.
• CPC & Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum 9 points for minor offences.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 2 vehicle as needed.
• One or two drops maximum.
• Assist with offloading when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
