Qualifications

• Experience in mental health or crisis support is desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen empathetically.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training and keep records confidential.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred support to people with mental health challenges.
• Build trusting relationships with service users.
• Support individuals to manage wellbeing and develop independent living skills.
• Develop and review personalised support plans with service users.
• Complete regular key-working sessions and monitor wellbeing and safety.
