Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor meal quality, presentation and adherence to dietary requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
• Plan menus with the Chef Manager, catering for special diets and events.
• Provide residents with nutritious, enjoyable meals supporting wellbeing.
