Activity Planning: Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
Health and Lifestyle: Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records.
Medication Management: Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
Safety and Environment: Maintain a safe, clean-living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
