Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Nottingham is seeking experienced HCA’s to join a care home in Chilwell, delivering person-centred care to up to 75 residents. You will follow personalised care plans and aid mobility and nutrition while ensuring the residents' physical and psychological wellbeing.

Engage with residents in a friendly manner, promote welfare, and support emotional wellbeing. Day shifts are available across the week and training can be provided, with sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months.
• Up-to-date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training.
• Referenceable work history.
• At least 3 months experience within a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalised care plans and deliver the highest standard of care.
• Aid residents' mobility and nutritional needs while prioritising wellbeing.
• Engage with residents to support emotional wellbeing and act as a familiar face.
• Complete domestic tasks and adhere to health and safety guidelines; promote welfare of adults.
