Job summary

Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd in Caerphilly is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our growing agency team. This role offers flexible agency work within care homes, nursing homes, and supported living environments.

You will provide high-quality personal care, assist with moving and handling, and support residents with daily living activities. DBS refund after 150 hours and ongoing opportunities are offered. A friendly team environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK-based care experience.
• Experience with moving and handling.
• Caring, reliable and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality personal care and support to service users.
• Assisting with moving and handling in line with care plans and safety procedures.
• Administering medication in line with policies and procedures.
• Supporting residents with daily living activities including washing, dressing, feeding and mobility.
• Monitoring and recording patient wellbeing and reporting concerns.
• Promoting independence, dignity and respect at all times.
• Working effectively as part of a team and following care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.
