Job summary

Advinia Health Care is hiring a Care Assistant to provide dignified, person-centred support to residents across our care homes. You will help residents maintain independence, support daily needs such as feeding, grooming, and mobility, and work closely with families to ensure wellbeing.

Comprehensive induction and ongoing training will be provided to help you thrive in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Respecting the Residents’ dignity and privacy.
• Providing the highest standard of person-centred support to the Residents’ to be as independent as possible and encouraging them to do as much for themselves.
• Working with Residents’ and families to deliver person-centred care.
• Supporting with all aspects of personal care; feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Resident’s.
