Responsibilities

• Respecting the Residents’ dignity and privacy.
• Provide the highest standard of person-centred support to help Residents stay as independent as possible.
• Collaborate with Residents and families to deliver person-centred care.
• Assist with personal care tasks: feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date records for each Resident.
