Job summary

Community Integrated Care in Ellon is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with a range of needs live independently in their own flats. You will join a warm, supportive team and contribute to meaningful daily activities and personal goal achievement.

The role requires flexibility to cover 7 days and potential sleepover shifts, with training provided. A driving license is essential for service mobility.

Qualifications

• Positive and motivated person with a passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
• Willingness to work across 7 days and sleepover shifts.
• UK driving license is essential as you may work across services in Ellon.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to adults with a wide range of needs to help them live independently.
• Assist with activities such as bowls, boccia, gardening, cinema visits, swimming, cooking and baking.
• Medication administration and help with daily living tasks.
• Support with finances and working towards personal goals.
