Community Integrated Care is recruiting bank Support Workers for our Ellon services to help vulnerable adults live their best lives. No experience required—values-based recruitment and full training available.

You'll support day-to-day activities, assist with hobbies, meals, personal care, and community outings, with shifts across Monday to Sunday including sleepovers. A UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; values-based recruitment and comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support vulnerable adults to live as independently as possible in their own flats.
• Assist with activities such as bowls, boccia, gardening, going to the movies, swimming, cooking and baking.
• Build positive relationships and help individuals achieve personal goals.
• Provide flexible support across varied shifts, including sleepovers, 7 days a week.
