Job summary

Resilience Personnel is seeking a part-time agency Support Worker/Care Assistant to join our team across UK care homes. You will work flexible shifts (Long day, Night, Rotating) to support residents with personal care and daily activities.

The role requires at least 6 months in care, a passion for person-centred care, and a DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, a free uniform, and dedicated consultant support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience as a care assistant, preferably in a care home.
• Demonstrates passion for person-centred care and improving residents' quality of life.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work shifts including nights/weekends as rota dictates.
• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Hold a valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (washing, dressing, toileting).
• Support daily living activities (meals, hobbies, social activities).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing.
• Adhere to agency policies on safeguarding, health and safety.
