Job summary

Postmark is recruiting in London at Battersea Power Station for a Sales Assistant. The role is 6 hours per week, paid at £12.50 per hour, with an immediate start and full flexibility to collect heavy deliveries on Wednesdays and Sundays.

You will join a friendly team focused on delivering great customer service, merchandising the shop floor, assisting shoppers, and processing payments while keeping the store tidy and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers who enter the shop.
• Merchandise and tidy to keep shop floor attractive.
• Assist shoppers to find items.
• Answer customer queries.
• Replenish stock.
• Assist with deliveries.
• Process payments.
• Keep store tidy and clean with daily/weekly tasks.
• Price merchandise.
• Open and close the shop as required.
• Balance cash registers with receipts on closing shifts.
• Report discrepancies to supervisor or manager.
• Keep up to date with promotions and displays.
