CareTech UK Ltd in Cannock is recruiting Support Workers for Beecroft, a supported living service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. The role is permanent with a bank contract and rota-based hours, paying £12.79 per hour.

You will deliver person-centred support, assist with daily living skills and promote independence and wellbeing within a dedicated team, covering evenings, weekends and bank holidays. DBS required.

Qualificações

• Willingness to work towards a heatlh & social qualification
• Experience in a care environment preferred but not essential
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis
• Drivers desirable but not essential
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech)

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Support activities, appointments, and community access
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays
