Swanton Care is seeking Bank Support Workers to help people live independently in a supported living environment in Telford. The role involves practical assistance, emotional support, and helping clients participate in community activities, with 24/7 coverage including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to empower people to achieve their goals and live independently.
• Assist with daily living tasks and keep records and documents as required.
• Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends.
