Agincare in Salisbury is recruiting Bank Support Workers for our Children’s Residential Home. The role offers a bank contract with shifts that include evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, earning £14.50 per hour or higher for Level 3 qualification.

Be part of a supportive team in a not-for-profit service, helping children with complex needs while following care plans and safeguarding practices. Training is provided, and opportunities for progression exist.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or higher is preferred.
• Ability to work flexibly including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Patience, resilience and emotional intelligence are essential.

Mansioni

• Build trusting relationships with children and young people.
• Support daily routines from school runs to bedtime.
• Help children learn life skills and independence.
• Work as part of a team to keep children safe and cared for.
• Assist with care plans, routines and risk assessments (training provided).
