Job summary

Choice Care Group is seeking a Bank Social Care Worker to support residents with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions in flexible shifts. You will receive in-house training and work with a permanent staff team to help residents lead fulfilling lives, with focus on safety and well-being.

This role offers flexible, ad-hoc hours, a supportive environment, and opportunities to participate in activities and community outings while developing person-centred care plans.

Qualifications

• Patience, reliability, flexibility and teamwork are valued traits.
• Good communication with residents and staff is important.
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing and helping with feeding.
• Medication administration.
• Assisting residents in daily activities and outings.
• Following care plan guidance and company policies.
• Maintaining written daily records.
• Attending and completing training as required.
