Job summary

Choice Care Group is seeking Bank Social Care Workers in the UK to support residential services with flexible, ad-hoc hours. In-house training is provided and you will work alongside permanent staff to assist residents in daily activities and care, while maintaining records and following care plans.

The role offers flexibility to fit around personal commitments, with a focus on patient, reliable, and communicative teamwork to ensure residents lead safe, happy lives.

Qualifications

• New to the industry welcome; in-house training provided.
• Flexible, patient, reliable, a team player and a good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training, as required
