Spire Leicester Hospital is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse to join the Outpatients Department. This flexible role supports a variety of clinics within a supportive team, offering weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide high-quality patient care, assist consultants during clinics, perform wound care and phlebotomy, and help manage patient flow across outpatient sessions.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with no restrictions on pin.
• Experience in outpatient or similar clinical setting is desirable.
• Competent in wound care and phlebotomy.
• Confident in running clinics and managing patient flow.
• Able to prioritise in a busy environment.
• Compassionate, professional approach focused on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-focused care within the outpatient setting.
• Support consultants during clinics, including chaperoning and assisting with examinations and minor procedures.
• Deliver clinical duties including wound care and phlebotomy.
• Lead and manage outpatient clinics, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient journey.
• Recognise and respond to changes in patient condition, escalating where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised clinical environment.
