Job summary

Potters Bar Clinic is seeking a Bank Housekeeper to clean wards, offices, bedrooms and visitor areas within a neurological care service in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. You will join the staff bank and work with the maintenance team to keep the service spotless and deliver high-standard cleaning.

The role offers shifts starting at 5am or 6am, with finishing times at 1pm or 2pm, at an hourly rate of £13.11 plus a 12.07% uplift and weekly pay, with training provided to help you settle in and support

Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning in a similar environment.
• Enjoy cleaning and take pride in cleanliness.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining security standards and following hospital policies.
• Active member of the day-to-day operation of the service.
• Maintain telephone etiquette and greet visitors professionally.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with staff, visitors and service users.
• Contribute to creating a positive culture.
• Attend mandatory and statutory training annually.
