Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking experienced Bank Healthcare Assistants to join the bank team at Bethany House & Lodge in Dymchurch. You will support young adults with neurological conditions in a residential setting, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Flexible shifts, weekly pay, free enhanced DBS, free training opportunities, and a supportive office team. You will need to be aged 18+, have at least six months of UK care experience, and have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Six months of paid UK care experience within the last two years.
• 18 years or older.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, reliable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Support people with personal care and daily needs.
• Assist with mobility, meals, and hydration.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Work with nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Follow care plans and keep accurate records.
