Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join the bank team at Kingly Terrace in Rushden. You will support adults with brain injuries or neurological conditions, providing daily care, comfort and wellbeing in a rehabilitation-focused setting.

We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, free enhanced DBS checks, free training and development opportunities, and a supportive team. A £500 Refer a Nurse bonus and other benefits are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last two years.
• At least 6 months working in a neuro care setting.
• The right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support people with personal care and daily needs.
• Assist with mobility, meals and hydration.
• Monitor and report changes in a person’s condition.
• Work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow care plans and keep accurate records.
