Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is recruiting for Bank Healthcare Assistants to support the Middlewood Clinic in Midhurst. After a paid two‑week induction, you’ll access shifts locally with potential regional opportunities, on a zero‑hours contract and with an easy app to book shifts.

Shifts include weekdays, nights and weekends, with an hourly rate of £13.11 plus a 12.07% holiday uplift. Benefits include free meals, free parking and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker.
• Compassion, resilience and vigilance in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Care for people with eating disorders in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Help residents lead a valued and fulfilled life.
• Support a 24/7 service with 12.5 hour shifts.
• Operate on a zero hours contract and choose shifts weekly.
• Complete a paid two-week induction.
