Job summary

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is inviting applications for the Bank Domestic Assistant role at Ysbyty Bryn Y Neuadd/Ty Llwelyn in Llanfairfechan. The post requires working across wards and departments with 08.00–18.00 hours during shifts, on a bank basis (as and when required).

You will be responsible for cleaning duties across various areas, with a 4–6 week induction covering cleaning procedures, health and safety, and COSHH. Welsh language ability is desirable and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in cleaning services within healthcare or similar settings.
• Induction training and on-the-job training including Health and Safety procedures.
• Welsh language ability is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning and related duties within wards, departments, public and staff areas.
• Support operational cleaning procedures and COSHH training during induction.
• Work as part of a team to maintain cleanliness across the site.
