Job summary

Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Band 6 Speech & Language Therapists to join our Bank workforce, supporting children and young people across Lambeth and Southwark in community, education and early years settings.

You’ll work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care with flexible bank working, competitive Band 6 rates and access to CPD, supervision and service improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, manage and deliver interventions for children and young people with speech, language and communication needs.
• Provide universal, targeted and specialist support across a range of settings.
• Work collaboratively with families, schools, education staff and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Support children and young people to develop their communication, independence and participation.
• Contribute to positive outcomes that help children and young people reach their full potential.
