Job summary

Omnes Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Barking team. You will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management for patients within our primary care network, delivering person-centred care in a multidisciplinary setting.

The role requires current NMC registration, Independent Prescribing, and substantial Primary Care experience. You will contribute to clinical supervision, practice development, and service improvement within the Evergreen Group.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration
• Independent Prescribing qualification
• Proven experience working within a Primary Care environment
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
• Adherence to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and a clear understanding of the Scope of Professional Practice
• Ability to deliver evidence-based, clinically effective, and cost-effective care
• Willingness to participate in and provide clinical supervision
• Openness to contributing to practice-based research and service development, where appropriate

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices.
• Involve comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment and clinical decision-making.
• Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
