Job summary

Hoop Nursing & Social Care is seeking Registered Nurses to work agency shifts across Rhondda Cynon Taf and nearby areas. You will administer medication, review and deliver care plans, support the team, complete documentation and provide high-quality personal care.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, team players able to adapt to environments and able to build strong relationships with service users. DBS checks may be required and drivers are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with a current pin.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to build effective work relationships with colleagues and service users.
• Compassionate by nature and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication.
• Review and deliver care plans.
• Support the care team with nurse guidance and support.
• Complete all relevant documentation.
