Job summary

Hoop Nursing & Social Care is seeking Registered Nurses to work agency shifts within Cardiff and surrounding areas. We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced RNs who can adapt to new environments and be a team player, providing high-quality care.

You will administer medications, review care plans, support the care team with nurse guidance and complete essential documentation to ensure the highest standard of personal care.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with a current pin.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and service users.
• Compassionate, resilient and self-motivated.
• Driver preferred.
• DBS checks preferred.
