Job summary

Nuffield Health Chester Hospital is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join our hospital environment. Working on the bank, you will help maintain a clean, safe and pleasant environment for patients by cleaning and preparing areas with the latest equipment, supported by a first-class training programme.

You will be friendly, have good communication and customer service skills, be flexible, well organized and able to work closely with the Infection prevention team to keep standards high and

Qualifications

• Friendly with good communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, friendly and flexible.
• Ideally experienced in a similar role.
• Able to follow cleaning processes and maintain a safe environment for patients.

Responsibilities

• Care about patients and organise your work with the Heads of Housekeeping to ensure cleaning never interferes with patients’ experience.
• Be friendly, with good communication and customer service when interacting with patients and team members.
• Remain motivated, friendly and flexible to adapt to hospital needs.
• Follow cleaning processes to keep locations clean, pleasant and safe for patients.
• Collaborate with the Infection prevention team and report incidents as needed.
