Qualifications

• Have neat handwriting and produce legible notes.
• Good typing skills.
• Accurate spelling and grammar.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Able to work quickly under time restrictions.
• Good organisational skills.
• Experience with learners with specific learning difficulties in higher education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and legible handwritten notes for lectures, seminars, and group tasks.
• Review notes at the end of lectures and ensure accessibility for the student.
• Maintain a professional relationship with students and confidentiality with Randstad.
• Act in the best interests of learners within the institution's policies.
