Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Brigg is seeking a Multi Skilled Flexi Operative to support frying, flavouring, packing and palletising processes. You will work flexibly across three main factory areas and contribute to meeting safety, quality and production targets.

The role requires basic English, numeracy skills and the ability to identify non-conformances. A proactive approach to safety and quality, and good knowledge of KPIs, are essential.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Adequate English comprehension to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Numerical literacy; able to use a calculator and understand percentages.

Responsibilities

• Work across process, flavouring, packaging or palletising zones to keep them in green status against Safety, Quality, Costs and Production Plan Delivery.
• Operate equipment to required standards safely and cost effectively.
• Perform required food safety and quality testing during shifts to ensure compliance.
• Own the relevant area; keep it clean and audit-ready at all times.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time; manage changeovers and clean downs.
• Escalate safety, quality, cost or delivery issues to the team leader or shift engineer.
