Job summary

Menzies Distribution Solutions is recruiting for a Flexi/Forklift Driver to join our Corby depot, NN17. You will operate Bendi/Flexi or Reach forklifts to pick, pack and dispatch goods, while upholding safety and accuracy in every warehouse task.

Shifts are Monday to Friday with rotating 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 hours. Salary is £27,194.32 per year, with onsite parking and monthly pay. We emphasise safety, teamwork and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Good communication & team working skills.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• A professional manner.
• Experience operating within a warehouse environment.
• MHE - Reach/Flexi Licence essential.
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Co-operate fully with the sites safety requirements.
• Receive deliveries of customer stock from trailers into warehouse.
• Check quantities, record receipt and pass on paperwork.
• Pick and pack customer orders to achieve agreed turn-round targets, dispatching orders with appropriate paperwork.
• Load trailers with customer goods in timely manner.
• Put away of customer goods from the warehouse floor into the racking.
• Manual handling of products.
• Signing for and accepting responsibility for tasks that have been completed.
• Housekeeping, both physical completion and hygiene checks.
• Stock integrity and quality checks.
• Keep warehouse and outside forecourts clean and tidy including shelf dusting, keeping gangways clear and litter removal.

Flexi Forklift Driver

Menzies Distribution Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with a Bendi/Flexi or Reach licence to join our team in Corby, NN17. The purpose of this role is to provide accurate and prompt picking, packing and dispatch of the depot warehouse goods. The role requirements are to complete various warehouse tasks, as safely, accurately and as efficiently as possible upholding and the highest standards of health and safety at all times. Also includes other duties to help maintain the efficient and successful working of the warehouse.

The Details:

• Salary: £27,194.32 / £13.58 Per Annum
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Rotating shift Week 1: 06:00-14:00 / Week 2: 14:00-22:00

Key Duties and Accountabilites (will include but not be limited to)
