Job summary

Pertemps Education Network in Corby, NN17, is recruiting a Warehouse Operative with a Bendi/Flexi or Reach licence to join our client on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role focuses on accurate picking, packing and dispatch while upholding safety standards.

You will operate MHE equipment, load and unload, and perform stock checks. The shift is Monday to Friday with rotating 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00; parking is onsite.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bendi/Flexi or Reach Licence and experience in operating them.
• Experience operating within a warehouse environment.
• Good communication and team working skills.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Good computer literacy (Outlook, Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Co-operate fully with the site's safety requirements.
• Receive deliveries of customer stock from trailers into warehouse. Check quantities, record receipt and pass on paperwork.
• Pick and pack customer orders to achieve agreed turn-round targets, dispatching orders with appropriate paperwork.
• Load trailers with customer goods in timely manner.
• Put away of customer goods from the warehouse floor into the racking.
• Manual handling of products.
• Signing for and accepting responsibility for tasks that have been completed.
• Housekeeping, both physical completion and hygiene checks.
• Stock integrity and quality checks.
• Keep warehouse and outside forecourts clean and tidy including shelf dusting, keeping gangways clear and litter removal

Pertemps are recruiting for Warehouse Operative with a Bendi/Flexi or Reach licence to join our client based in Corby, NN17 on a temporary to permanent contract.

The purpose of this role is to provide accurate and prompt picking, packing and dispatch of the depot warehouse goods. The role requirements are to complete various warehouse tasks, as safely, accurately and as efficiently as possible upholding and the highest standards of health and safety at all times. Also includes other duties to help maintain the efficient and successful working of the warehouse.

Must hold a Bendi/Flexi or Reach Licence and experience in operating them.

The Details

• Pay rate is £13.58
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Rotating shift Week 1: 06:00-14:00 / Week 2: 14:00-22:00
• Location: Corby, NN17

Key Duties and Accountability (will include but not be limited to)
