Job summary

Job Advert is seeking a experienced Flexi Driver to join our Bedford-based team. The role offers a 13:00 – 22:00 shift pattern, Monday to Friday, with pay at £15.00 per hour and free onsite parking.

You will operate a Flexi forklift within a busy production and warehouse environment, with training and development opportunities provided. A reliable, safety‑minded candidate is essential for long‑term success.

Qualifications

• In-date Flexi licence with refresher completed within the last 3 years.
• Previous experience as a Flexi Driver within the last year.
• Good level of maths.
• Flexible approach and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Stocking production lines and off-loading manufactured goods.
• Unloading raw materials.
• Loading finished products.
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse and production areas.
• Completing housekeeping duties.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and completing daily checks.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team when required.
• Carrying out rework on customer orders.
• Being flexible and willing to learn new skills.

Duties of a Flexi Driver

As a Flexi Driver, your responsibilities will include:
