N Family Club in Hackney Downs is looking for a Flexi Educator to join our team and help shape the early years story. You’ll cover nurseries as needed, support our N Curriculum, and build strong relationships with parents while keeping children safe and engaged.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (nursery role preferred).
• Safeguarding/child protection training desirable and to be updated regularly.
• Genuine passion for education and changing children's lives.
• Positive, glass-half-full outlook and proactive attitude.
• Love for customer service.

Your key responsibilities

• Cover our nurseries when we need you, being flexible on start and end times.
• Lead our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.

Our Flexi Educators should have...

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training (desirable) and be willing to update that training regularly.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A positive, glass-half-full outlook.
• Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘make it happen’ attitude!
• A solutions-driven approach to problems.
• A love for customer service.
