Job summary

Join N Family Club as a Flexi Educator in Greenwich to support nurseries with flexible start and end times. Lead our learning-through-play ethos and the N Curriculum with care, while following daily routines and fostering strong parent relationships.

You will promote child welfare and safeguarding, bringing passion for education and a positive, proactive attitude to a team that values growth, wellbeing, and customer service.

Your key responsibilities

• Cover our nurseries when we need you, being flexible on start and end times.
• Lead our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.

Our Flexi Educators should have…

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training (desirable) and be willing to update that training regularly.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A positive, glass‑half‑full outlook.
• Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘make it happen’ attitude!
• A solutions‑driven approach to problems.
• A love for customer service.
