Job summary

N Family Club in Kingston upon Thames is seeking Flexi Educators to support our Nursery Flexi team. You will cover nurseries as needed, follow our learning through play approach, and help children settle into daily routines with care and enthusiasm.

We offer competitive hourly pay (£14.78–£17.97), flexible hours, complimentary meals, referral bonuses, wellbeing events, and the potential to join us permanently with a welcome bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
• Desirable safeguarding/child protection training and willingness to update training regularly.
• Genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.

Our Flexi Educators should have...

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training (desirable) and be willing to update that training regularly.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
