Protocol Education is working with local Primary and SEN Schools in Chorleywood to provide Flexi-Cover Supply Teachers to deliver the curriculum in an engaging and fun way.

The Role:

  • Work across all year groups as needed, covering lessons due to staff absence, providing extra support, interim recruitment, or training.
  • Carry out work pre-set by the class teacher to a high standard.
  • Manage pupil behaviour and ensure a positive environment.
  • De-escalate classroom situations following safeguarding procedures.
  • Collect and return student work appropriately.
  • Report safeguarding concerns per school policies.

The Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status is essential. Experience in Further Education, lecturing, tutoring, coaching, or childcare is beneficial.
  • Passionate about children's education and working with like-minded individuals.
  • Committed to building children's confidence, knowledge, and skills.
  • Willing to go the extra mile for students and influence their futures.
  • Enjoys working with young people and making a difference.
  • Degree educated.
