Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking an experienced flexi/bendi forklift driver to work at a distribution centre in Great Braxted. This temporary position could lead to permanent employment after 12 weeks. Responsibilities include unloading trailers, operating a forklift, and adhering to safety guidelines. Valid forklift licenses are preferred but expired ones are accepted.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a flexi/bendi forklift is preferred.
• Valid, in-date forklift licenses are ideal, but expired ones will be considered.
• Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.

• Report to the warehouse manager.

Job description

CSS is looking for an experienced flexi/bendi forklift driver to join our client’s team at their distribution centre based in Great Braxted.

This role is temporary with the possibility of permanent employment after 12 working weeks.

Working hours: 7AM till 4PM, Monday to Friday

Duties include:

1. Unloading HGV trailers and containers
2. Operating a flexi/bendi forklift
3. Adhering to health and safety guidelines
4. Some heavy lifting involved
5. Reporting to the warehouse manager
6. Working in a busy yard and warehouse environment

Applicants ideally will have valid, in-date licences; however, in-house and expired licences will also be considered.
