Role Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop test strategy documents.
2. Develop and execute test cases for Oracle FLEXCUBE/Oracle Banking modules, including OBPM, OBCL, OBTF, OBTFPM, OBTR, FCUBS CASA, CIF, Deposits, ELCM, and OBDX.
3. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design test scenarios.
4. Configure test environments and data sets for realistic testing.
5. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
6. Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Xray, and Quality Centre, working with teams to resolve issues.
7. Manage test scenarios, test artifacts, test execution, and defect lifecycle.
8. Contribute to business analysis, quality assurance, and team processes.
9. Identify and implement process improvements.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

1. Minimum of 4 years' testing experience with banking applications, especially Flexcube.
2. Functional knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking modules and end-to-end testing experience.
3. Experience in Flexcube data mapping and documentation.
4. Experience with data migration requirements for Flexcube interfaces.
5. Ability to meet delivery timelines under tight deadlines.
6. Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
7. Knowledge of banking terminologies, concepts, and processes.

This is a 1-year FTC position paying up to £85,000 based on experience.
