Job description

The Fibre /Flex Supervisor shall be responsible for all site drive activities in relation to underground, Overhead and splicing activities and the handover approval process, compiling all site files going out to and coming back from the Contractors/Teams, as well as assisting the Project Managers with all administration functions. They shall also be responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the site file and As-Build documentation required for the invoice file.

Daily actuals are to be uploaded onto Monday.com.

Daily Quality Reports are to be uploaded onto Device Magic.

Daily Health and Safety Reports are to be uploaded on Monday.com

Daily Actuals/Redlines are to be uploaded onto Monday.com.

Site Management

100% accurate site Report submitted within 48 hours

Business Process Management

  • Health and Safety Audit Reports-Daily
  • Quality inspection / Report-Daily
  • Measure on the accuracy of project Actuals
  • Compliance with Client Specifications

Governance

  • Adhere to Company policies and departmental procedures.

Operation

  • 100% Accuracy and completeness of documentation collected and final file submissions


KEY TASKS PER OUTPUTS

  • Abide by the set timelines

Operational

  • Compile documentation of all projects by driving processes through the PM
  • Receive confirmation from PM regarding the appointed Contractor/Team for the project.
  • Follow the Variance Order procedure where applicable.
  • Assist the PM in tracking the project.
  • Analyse and identify potential issues for the PM where necessary.
  • Attending weekly feedback sessions with the PM.
  • Performing quality checks during work in progress aligned with build specifications.
  • Performing Daily Health and safety audits.
  • Acceptance of completed work done by contractor/Team.
  • Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Line Manager.
  • Professional communication with our client and vendor base
  • Providing professional client services
  • Liaise with sub-contractor throughout the project and collect necessary documentation

Business process management

  • Escalate identified limitations to the manager
  • Escalate unresolved service and product queries to the next level
  • Take all necessary and approved measures to obtain set targets.


Client and Vendor management

  • Liaise with the contractor
